On this one, I just used a separate layer on top of the main picture and colored a blue-ish color over the parts I wanted to shade. After that I lowered the opacity. Sometimes I'll blur it a little to soften it. It kinda depends, on some artwork I'll manually get a darker tone of each color and do the shading that way!
