She was absolutely full, she couldn't imagine eating anything more. And yet, the cookie, it beckons her. She was torn between attending to her belly or devouring this one cookie she had left. It actually wasn't the only one left, the chest is basically only half emptied.
But she was still in a mental debate, in one hand she'd be able to enjoy another cookie, on the other her gut is making nasty noises. Including that noise her fellow Creepers make when a human is nearby. Except its worse now because she was indoors and no human has shown up yet, so the hissing is probably something to worry about. But the cookie.
What harm can one cookie do, she probably ate like 16 before he belly grew another inch, this one measely cookie wasn't going to do any harm, right?
There was only one way to find out. She swallowed her fears and eat the small cookie whole.
