Well I can come up with a few ideas for popping the elements if you need help on that (strange that I would lol) I would say run down the 4 basic elements (fire,) water, earth, and air then on the next season (2) of How to kill Fused elementals (or unusual elementals as they do not fit the common 4) couls be like lessons on how to take on the more complex and there for more dangerous elementals

Well its up to you how many strikes before you jump to the next elemental (classic shorts have 3 strikes and their out thing XD) well anyway have fun. It does give a little more show time for the elements.
