So I was excited for Inside Out and I went to the wiki to get info out of it. While there I read Disney had done another animation of personified emotions a few decades back (like in the 1940s or something) called "Emotion and Reason".

Anyway, one scene was that the Emotion of a beautiful lady was hungry and overpowered Reason and made the woman eat a ton until she got fat. Not that great of a scene, all you see are graphs of a woman's body getting fatter, but that inspired this!
