Still an indoctrination. What is Commander Shepard's mission? It is what it has ALWAYS been: Destroy the Reapers.
Control does not do that.
Synthesis does not do that.

Yeah, the ending DLC didn't really do much to prove or disprove the indoctrination theory. I still like the fandom version of the ending over the official myself(Plus the glowing eyes from the synthesis option are so creepy).
