This is a great piece, and really, you don't 'need' flash to make awesome animations. Honestly, I make a lot of my animations out of flash, and the most I like to use flash for is just putting them together. But you could use stuff like ulead gif, or photoshop even though I'll agree photoshop is a pita sometimes XD I'd love to see more of this :3 The idea of red riding hood being the wolf is awesome
