Finally got this done ^u^ Here's flora, my rainwing OC! Her design was made by the amazing Eldritch-Dragon !! She's a party animal, very out going x3 SHe has a long lost twin sister. I already have a whole backstory planned out you just wait XD She falls in love easily xP She loves little bits of jewelry, and she treasures the little bits of Tourmaline that hang from her horns. I only shaded the main body for this.
Some small changes I made to the design:
-pink ears
-added jewelery

-SHes really outgoing, but prefers to keep her scales green, because for some unknown reason she just likes it.
