I am a huge Doc fan.  I really think the only way to have a successful Hulk franchise is to make it an ensemble piece. 

She-Hulk, Samson, Rick Jones, The Pantheon, Leader, Abomination, Harpy, Moonstone, Gremlin & Gargoyle, etc.

Even the Rhino, done right.

So Peter David, Dale Keown + a few odds and ends mash up as far as the cast goes. I could see it. I'm not a Hulk fan really. Too much about the character is rooted in the power fantasies of 7 year old boys.

Some of the D-list heroes could be more popular if they were utilized better. I love d-listers. They have potential.

Yeah, I'd love to see Marvel let some of their more obscure characters shine in some books. Of course these days, most of those efforts turn out like Fearless Defenders, where the book itself wasn't bad, but they gave it zero push and expected it to still generate a sustainable audience in a very few issues. Basically they set the book up to fail. The same is true of Young Allies and the last couple iterations of the New Warriors.
