Hmm, I think a 3-frame animation with some large, significant drops that fall further down in each frame would help to make it absolutely clear that the water is being sprayed down onto her.
Sometimes if you're not careful, it's easy for the eye to think that an animation is going in reverse or just shaking instead of going in the right direction.
