This is Luna's version of The element of harmony.
While Celestia's version represents good actions, Luna's version represents good intentions, which unlike good actions, doesn't always lead the bearer's consequence to good outcomes).

I always thought her element would be confidence, the confidence of standing up to other people

Confidence is her plausible element, but then I would expect her to take down an Ursa Minor and major with ease XD
Wonder and Boastful are more closely related to her line of work as an entertainer though since Boastful has negative meaning, I decided to choose wonder over the later.

wonder wouldnt work, if it was something to do with her work it would be ilusion, being able to trick people but not in a mean way, it would also means she would able to see other people's ilusions with ease

Illusion is not a form of emotion nor virtue, so I can't use that as the name for the element.
For now,I would stick to wonder for Trixie since it represents someone who has an ability to bring others to state of awe and excitement.
