Second Element based on "Mystery of the Evershy"'s outline (© me), a fanfic that I can't get it out of my head into word document T-T
This is Luna's version of The element of harmony.
While Celestia's version represents good actions, Luna's version represents good intentions, which unlike good actions, doesn't always lead the bearer's consequence to good outcomes).

I'm writing a story and I would like to use wonder as Trixie's element.

What would you like to be called? It's part of a story I have on FimFiction. The story as a whole really has nothing to do with her element, I just felt the need to add excitement. Also, what villain would they fight if the main six and Trixie were fighting? I'm too lazy to create one, so give me an idea please!

Really? I would of guessed it's either Belief (as in the belief of ones and other's power, also known as trust), or, ironically, Humility.

Belief is more into the realm of encouraging oneself rather than impacting others.
When I was looking for a good intentions that could lead to either good and bad outcomes, I chose Wonder for Trixie due to her profession, a job which require one to show and entertain people, bringing about Wonder to the spectator before her.
The bad outcome of Wonder, however, is when you lost your sight of reality, making yourself better than who you really are, which led to led people to accuse him or her as nothing but the boastful person.
Of Humility, I believe it's too con to make into Luna's element of harmony.

Too bad that you only want fillies. Big Macintosh would make a great Perseverance. By the way, I'll be thinking up "good intentions" for at least a week since this is such a cool concept. Trust? Passion?

In the outline I made, Perseverance was suppose to belong to Big Mac, but something else happen that cause the element to chose another bearer instead.

This is a very interesting concept. I want to write an epic poem of the main poems, and your ideas for elements are giving me some good ideas ^^, so now I 'll have to write in Derpy and Trixie.
May I ask which ponies represent the other elements?

According to an old outline, Forgiveness and Vigilance are currently reserved for two OC ponies. Gratefulness belongs to a filly loves Derpy the most while Perseverance, on my rough concept, belongs to one of the CMC.

Also, I actually feel none of the above really fit Luna,. there is forgiveness but it would only really fit by Luna forgiving herself for her actions. Perseverance maybe, but she had no choice but to wait as anotehr controled her actions. Perhaps Gratefulness as I am sure Luna was very grateful for her sister's love. IDK, none seem to fit her, perhaps you simply need to explain this Elements a bit more.

None of them related to Luna because Luna doesn't wield any of this elements. She's no longer bound to the elements, so she shouldn't be able to tap on any of them.
As to who do I plan to wield each of the elements? I can only tell you that one of them belong to the filly, though.

Well can you at least tell me how Wonder is and Element and what that means? Especually given Trixie's proud and lying nature (or at the very least the willingness to exaggerate the truth). The only 'Wonder' I can think of is how she is a show pony that tries to bring wonder into ponies lives by showing them something entertaining.

The spirit of wonder chose her because her (real) ability to bring wonder into ponies lives as an entertainer.
In my story's outline, she received the spirit of wonder when she was a filly but abandoned it when she lost her way a real entertainer. She will not be able to bear it again until the day she realized of the real reason why the element has chosen her in the first place.
