Description
The Daffy Duck of the 1940s, now there's a Daffy Duck I would love to use in Toons Run Amucksome where in the 1940s, the animators suggested to flesh out Daffy by making him a bit of a greedy duck but still, a wild and crazy duck.
In a cartoon called What makes Daffy Duck? Directed by Art Davis, in my opinon the reason why Daffy is so daffy is because he just can't seem to hide from the hunters trying to hunt him down. I guess you might say it was a prequel to Chuck Jones' Bugs-Elmer-Daffy Hunter Trilogy.

Another one.
I like that you didn't illustrate him exactly as he appears in any of the cartoons. It's good to see your interpretation of him.
I think it's a bit of a shame that most of the Loony Tunes characters have been stuck in pretty much the same state since Chuck Jones' renditions of the mid 50's. Before that they tended to change a little to reflect the animation director's style from Tex Avery and Bob Clampett to Robert McKimson and Friz Freleng. Why did Chuck Jones get the final say on how all these characters turned out?

The first bit? That was from Daffy and the Dinosaur. We all know where the second bit came from. I'm using it in real life now, and I wish I could get the pitch right. Hoo-hoo!
Don't thank me yet (as I have only a vague idea of what it's for{the}), as I have a gift (a link). A song sung by the master mallard himself. Enjoy! [link]

This is cool. Imagine if Daffy Duck was Minerva Mink's soulmate?

Well, I am. I mean opposites attract. Daffy has BLACK feathers and Minerva has WHITE fur. Yet they share some common things. They both are aquatic creatures, they both want the perfect mate. I think they're made for each other. BTW, did you check out my Mira Mink pic in my gallery?

He's my favorit duck, because I kinda find him more funnier than Bugs bunny for some reason!

Now there's a very daffy duck!
I remember some of the 1940 episodes well... it's a crying shame that Daffy Duck seems to have lost some of his wackiness nowdays...

Nicely done. I remember a cartoon way back when in which he sang about how the merry-go-round broke down, hence his craziness.
Again, nicely done; keep up the goodness.
