An idea for a FOP/Catscratch Crossover.Mr. Blik, Waffles and Gordon were catnapped by Vicky and in order to free them, Timmy wishes to be a cat so he can set them free, but while Timmy and the other cats tried to escape from Vicky, the cats teach Timmy the ways of being a cat.
