Birdy got back... to say the least.

first and foremost, I need names again. If you comment, give me a fictional gal whose name starts with C. Got it?

Someone just tipped me off that Birdo isn't exactly a girl. I was under the impression that it was... because of the bow and all. My bad, I guess. For the purpose of this piece, just try to pretend Birdo's a femme. It's easier that way. XD

I intended to submit this a couple of days ago, but I didn't realize I'd have no internet access for the weekend. Sorry for the delay.
On a more meaningful note, I was impressed by all the names you guys came up with last time. There were a few cool ideas I wanted to draw, but, ultimately, this girl caught my eye, because I'd never heard of her prior to last Thursday. She's from an anime which looks pretty interesting, if not cliche. I haven't actually watched it, so her character here is probably dead wrong, but in terms of style/outfit, she was extremely fun to draw, and I had a lot of fun with details. Hope you enjoy. :3

Finally, try to bear with my lazy, flat, monochromatic colour job here. For my sake, it'll just be easier to get these done this way. It's much less time consuming than a full colour piece. XD

Birdy is (c) her creator, I suppose. I used the version from the anime, which I think is the newest, so all credit for her appearance goes to those to whom it is due.
