They don't stuff themselves silly on cake and whatever in the games either I'm sure, so just suspend your disbelief a liiiitttle further folks~
But yes, they ate too much and now they can't fit through the door. The end c:

Butter those impressive mega bellies all up, then try running or on second thought fast walking right through the door way. I know it works because i have done it with my own big belly that got stuck in a 16 on center wall door in my attic. It was embarrassing at the time yelling for help for my thin sweet 19 year old neighborhood girl who owed me one for me fixing her worn out car the day before. Luckily I could see her though my gabble vent stretching out before jogging. So i got her attention an she came to my rescue where she accessed the stucky mess i was in. Then she took off for about ten minutes returning with butter then she rubbed it on my lower belly plus the 2 by 4'sΒ . Then this 95 pound girl ran into my "little butt" (her words) shoving me through that 4 foot tall very narrow door way. Then she, & i put the butter all over my big now bare overstuffed belly so i can leave my attic back to my garage attic ladder when i want to. She then asked me if she could "come back to your cool attic on Thanksgiving night to see if i ate enough to get stuck like you did". I told her she would have to more than tripple her little waistline to even come close to getting stuck. She said no problem because she "hates jogging being called twiggy and her starving diets". I can't wait, but on the other hand, could this be a sexual rape claim trap for fat ugly old dudes ?Β

That's Annie and Oakley from PokΓ©mon Heroes: The Movie. Β In one scene, Meowth told Jessie and James that they were spies working for Giovanni. Β Later in the movie, one of the spies (don't know which one) says that she's scared of dark places. (I think that it has to do with claustrophobia or something) In the end, they get arrested by Officer Jenny and sent to prison. Β But one thing that confuses me, but this might happen in a future movie: What if they escaped during lights-out, rejoined Team Rocket (with Butch and Cassidy [Team Rocket 2] being their sidekicks), fled to the Alola region, joined Jessie and James in capturing Pikachu, and became more powerful than Team Skull? Β We'll just have to wait for the next PokΓ©mon movie and find out.

Well, the dub may or may not have made them Team Rocket members( they could just have been outside contractors Giovanni called in), but that was the 4kids era, and we know how much of a fuck they gave( None. The answer is none.).

I honestly think 4Kids had some mentality that no villain could be anything but Team Rocket until they learned Magma and Aqua exist, and this mentality blinded them to the fact that, y'know, Lyon and Zanna don't have big red R's on their outfits.

Actually, these two are from the fifth Pokemon movie with Latias and Latios. Like Jessie and James and the other Team Rocket characters named after famous criminals they are named after Annie Oakley. If you haven't seen Pokemon Heroes: Latias and Latios I recommend it. They only showed up in this movie, though, but in none of the games.

If I remember correctly Annie had the Ariados and Oakley had Espeon. Actually there's a reference to the villain from the second movie that tries to capture the Legendary Birds in order to draw out Lugia.
