Alright, so maybe she had this coming for pretending she actually was their Goddess incarnate. B-but it was fun for the first hour or so...
The creepette could feel the little creatures quaking and heaving beneath her, lifting her tremendous belly a few inches off the ground like a precious treasure. They didn't need to do that, she'd insisted, especially now that it was clear they'd all be crushed if she tried to move. But such strong little things were they, the tiny women of this secluded cavern, the likes of which Carrie could not even have dreamed. Despite the pressure on their poor spines, Carrie's overly-friendly hostesses were hefting her girth -surely nothing short of a mountain in their eyes- with consistency and determination. If one of the creatures were Carrie's size, why, it might even be stronger than she!
"...Brauurrrlllllllp..." but that was beside the point. These women had been feeding Carrie non-stop for the past hour and a half! If they didn't stop soon, Carrie wasn't sure if even she could heft her mass all the way home for dinner, and the creepette was loathe to miss that...
"Mmph!" Carrie shuddered as another pale, luminescent fruit was shoved into her mouth, its carrier having dodged her discouraging hands. She gulped it down begrudgingly, despite the fact that it was tasty... incredibly tasty... smooth and tangy and pleasantly cool as it slid down her throat... and Carrie was still pretty hungry, the fruits hardly filling her lust for a good meal. But they were so good...
A rude groan interrupted her yet again, and she rested both hands instinctively atop her inundated gut, unable to keep it from wobbling back and forth at her gentlest touch. Her hands sank lightly into the bloated sphere as she took a rare moment to ponder the situation. She could, she admitted, do one of two things at the moment:
A) Make a run for it and hope her powerful legs could carry her engorged form all the way home
or
B) Screw dinner and give in to this unending flow of fruit, with the intent to leave tomorrow
What will she do?

Allright, critique-time.
In short, I think it is a charming piece of a picture with a lot of nice details put into it, which makes me think off the creatures that appeared in story books I read when I was a kid. The coloring is well done and the various expressions on all the little creatures is impressive due to the amount of them being in the picture. And I could actually read the dialog this time around, so thumbs up on that part as well.
Now, as much as I like the picture, there are still a couple of things that looks a little off. The first thing being Carrie's belly which, while mostly well drawn, doesn't really look like it's connected to the rest of her body. I know it should act a little out of the ordinary due to its size and being lifted, but there is still something with how it connects with the rest of her that doesn't look 100% right. Also, considering her size, her left leg looks a little out of angle. One would think that she wouldn't be able to keep her legs so close to each other considering what's in front of her.
Now, as stated before, I really like the little creatures running around in the picture and it feels rewarding to look at it more than once, since there's a big chance to spot one that was missed the first time around. And their various expressions is, yet again, impressive and funny to look at.
The background has kind of a mystical feel to it that I like and overall, I think you did a really nice job on the picture.
And lastly, a couple of thoughts about the story. It fits well with the picture and acts as a sort of assistance to tell exactly what is going on, not to mention, giving us a little backstory. It was easy to read, even for a non English-speaker and had a good use of words that gave it a nice flow.

The story was a lovely little accompaniment to this piece, and gave a nice little scenario to go along with it~ As for the picture itself. Belly is looking quite lovely overall, it has a very nice shape and feel to it especially with all that action going on down below. As for critiques, I do feel like it's 'connected' to her a bit oddlly. Feels more like a separate mass than actually connected to her really, due to how it kinda dwindles to a center-point in the middle of her, rather than coming out from her sides I suppose~ Β Her body position is nice as well, that rump shake is a lovely touch, though it seems like she doesn't have her loincloth! Just gives me more to oogle hoho~ I'll also say that her far arm might feel a bit too long, that could just be perspective playing tricks on me though. Her breasts are looking nice and squishy, and that expression of hers makes her appear a bit troubled~ Hair looks really lovely with that smooth shade. As for the background it really works nicely I'd say, may be obscured by most of the picture, but it does help to provide a feel of the area. As for the little demons running abound, I'd say all their poses are just looking lovely, and my personal favorite would be the one riding that calf of hers~

She's really just a creeper. It's complicated, but basically I came up with some lore to justify it which states, in essence, that all creepers were originally humanoid before some curse turned most of them into exploding pigs.

I agree. Carrie is more of an original, since she's so different from the normal creeper stereotype on Minecraft. So I think It would be safe for you to call her original.
