I've always wanted an Alakazam, but never knew how to evolve one until way later. In order for Kadabra to evolve, he must be traded, so that's why he hates you when you trade him back. XD
I didn't have a friend I could trade with anyway.

I play using an emulator, so I can never evolve pokemon that need to be traded. Gengar, Machamp and Alakazam are a no-no for me. ;_;
