Looking back, I wish I might have storyboarded this a little differently so Yangchen's explanation doesn't seem so abrupt. It's a bit of a flow issue I was always aware of, but never came to the point of figuring out how to fix.
Also, much as I love looking at detailed backgrounds in other comics, my philosophy is to avoid them when I can.
