Illustration from a scene for an old Avatar fanfic of mine, Shadows Part 1. Zuko goes to see Katara in the South Pole, to make a request.

This is a bit of an older piece of art now, back from a collection of pieces I used as chapter covers for the version of the story on the Avatar Wiki (that version is a bit dated now, as it hasn’t been updated with more recent revisions or the complete rewrite of the epilogue), but wanted to post it here along with a few more of the ones I liked best in preparation for Shadows Part 2 coming out soon, most likely in early May.

**Side note, also still working on the upcoming DR comics of course! If all goes well the next release should be in August sometime on the usual schedule, we'll see how it goes.
