Nuuuuuuuu....not the icky bronies. *shutters* we had some of those that use to come into the store. I dared not to let on that I knew anything about MLPFIM in fear of them bothering me later. It's hard to avoid the weeaboo that comes into the store at least twice a week playing vocaloid songs on a mini speaker while dressed in really sad cosplay. There was one day I almost said something about the Yugi-Oh cards he was looking for but managed to keep my trap shut. Once he finds out any of the employees are anime fans he seeks them out just to chat with them. Β

If it not for you containing your inner Otaku, work might be harder for you then. However, for bronies I NEVER ONCE understood how people can get hooked on a show for kids under 5...that creeps me out when people take it to new heights with their obsessions. However, seeing as your into it a little, or a lot I dunno, out of curiosity could you maybe tell me what makes the show so hooking?

Coworkers know of my love of cartoons and I'll take the jabs for thinking MLP is cute. I'll admit having even a limited knowledge of the show has come in handy a few different times. I even got a little girl to stop crying much to her dad's relief by distracting her by talking about the ponies she had on her shirt. As for the shows appeal it is really adorable. Sugary sweet filled with lessons about being true to yourself, embracing others differences, teamwork, friendship, value of knowledge and creativity, truth and things like that. It was great up until it started catering to the bronies in season three and that's when I stopped watching it.Β
