This was done on Photoshop elements 7.0 however i think there should be simliar tools on the other Photoshops if you dont have elements
Ok so i finally got around to making it.
Before you say yes there are quite alot of spelling mistakes in there. Unfortunatly i merged all the layers together like the prat i am and cant change it with out messing it up. If you got any questions just ask. This is my first ever tutorial and if i make another i promise it will be better than this.
Anywho to those out there that like the way i do eyes i hope this helps <33

Omg thats such a good idea with the leaf texture, because looking at eyes they look all sort of dapply colours and you get the dapply look!
