Here's the first horse of Project Redemption: the Hungarian Half-bred!

"The Hungarian Half-bred is among the top three best horses available in Red Dead Redemption along with the American Standardbred and the Kentucky Saddler . The Hungarian Half-bred looks like a 'white' horse with a dark muzzle, but is in fact what would be referred to as a "grey" horse. If you look closer to the colouration you will see that it is in fact a 'flea bitten grey' due to the numerous amounts of coloured specks covering its coat. [I noticed all horses regardless of colour had this "flecking" so I left it off of the model] This horse has the best resistance to damage as well as the best stamina, but its speed is slightly slower than that of the Kentucky Saddler and significantly slower than that of the American Standardbred."

Like I mentioned in my announcement journal, I didn't alter the mane to resemble the horse more, because I wanted a simple custom. The rest of the redemption series will have altered manes to fit the horses, I promise!!

What is Project Redemption?
Project Redemption is my homage to the game, Red Dead Redemption, created by RockStar Games; the same people who bring you the Grand Theft Auto series. This is a one-time project - which means the horses I create here are the only of their kind that will leave my studio! Every horse from the Red Dead Redemption (and Undead Nightmare) game/s will be created, so this will be a long and involved project. All horses are or will be for sale, where you will be able to find them on my Etsy - so if you're interested, follow my store (or add it to your favourites) so you can get the latest updates. All models will be announced on my deviantART at the time of completion (and time of listings) so add me to your watch if you want to get news as they happen!

All of my work is different from the originals as I am a different type of artist than those who painstakingly worked on the models for the game. I am merely doing a FanArt project that will not be redone in the future, and therefore, this is a one-time project full of one-of-a-kind pieces. No pieces shown or listed will be reproduced by my studio!
