merhabalar, ilgin icin tesekkur ederim. kullandıgım ahşap kayın agacı. bu tasarımı ic mekanda bir kafe icin yapmıstım. sergilendikten sonra ismi ortaya cıktı. ''hayat agacı'', ismini ve durusunu cok seviyorum. Sanada yeni isinde basarılar.

peki, şey.. kayın ağacını nasıl bu kadar ince şekillendirebiliyorsun? ben de kayınla çalışmıştım ve elle şekillendirmek için baya sert bir ağaç gibi hissettim..

bu arada güzel ve detaylı bi eser olmuş, ismine de yakışmış..

merhaba, sana kısaca anlatabileceklerim sunlar olabilir. yumusak agaclar (kavak, söğüt köknar vs.) cabuk deforme oluyor, agacı islerken eziliyor ya da catliyabiliyor. ahsap isciliginde sert agac tercih edilir (kayın, gürgen, ceviz vs.). sert agacı islerken kulanacagın bıcakların turu, sekli ve ozellikle celigin kalitesi onemli. iyi bilenmis bir oyma bıcagıyla bunu yapmak mumkun. sert agacın olmasının avantajı, ahsabı islerken kendini bırakmıyor ve kırılmıyor. ayrıca agac islerken agacın sertligi kadar damar ozellini de bilmek gerekir... soyleyebileceklerim bunlar, pratigini gormek istersen atolyem istanbul balat semtinde. ilgini cekerse nasıl yapıldıgını gorebilirsin...
