There are just to many factors to consider. To many versions of hulk. Hulk nor doomsday don't have perfect track records and both can be beaten. The question is simply can Doomsday beat hulk before he gets angry enough? Or can Hulk kill doomsday before he adapts to better combat him? It all depends on who's advantages start showing first. Thus in my eyes it could go either way.
