Other than Galactus, The Living Tribunal, Eternity, Beyonder, and Thanos (with the Infinity Gauntlet), there is nobody else in the Marvel Universe with enough power to kill the Green Scar.
Molecule Man had trouble with Wolverine's healing factor to the point he couldn't affect him, so he's off the list. The Void was taken down by Thor & the Avengers, which Green Scar could easily wipe the floor with, and as for Superman Prime... screw him and any incarnation of Superman in general.

There's also Ghost Rider, Shuma Groth, Sett, any of the major greek gods/norse gods like Odin or Bor, surtur, the spectre, phantom stranger,Nekron, any black lantern, Parallax, Anti-monitor, Juggenaut's God, Mad Jim Jaspers, Phoenix, Bat-mite, Neron, Trigon, Amazo, Ion, the mask, the dragon god from hellboty any kind of reality warper, Silver Surfer, Odin-Force Thor, Mephisto, Satan, the one-above-all both the cestial and God version, Death, Maestro, Emperor Joker, the egyption dude from Marvel the end, God Spawn, Solar man of the atom, Dr. Manhattan, the fury and many many others.
MM shouldn't really have a problem because he was one of the few beings who could actually stand up and fight the beyonder without dying instantly. The ending to siege was absoultely stupid, there's no way in hell the void can defeated by a friggin shield carrier as he's taken worse and there's the whole manner of him crushing every bone in Hulk's body.

Superman just disgusts me. He's just this pathetic boy-scout, and everyone thinks he so perfect. And nobody is completely invunerable. Hell, even as unstoppable & powerful Hulk is, he still bleeds and feels pain.
Hulk defeated Silver Surfer, and defeated The Sentry, who defeated all the heralds of Galactus, so Thor and most of the others don't mount up to nothing. And Maestro beat Professor Hulk, which is the extremely weak incarnation of the Hulk.

Hulk I don't really think defeat Silver Surfer outside of Planet Hulk which was a depowered surfer, the whole Sentry vs Hulk fight ended in a draw but it doesn't really make sense that he said he gave it his all, yet later on we learn he's more powerful then that and by that logic the earth should of been destroyed by that battle. The whole Thor vs Hulk battle differs from who's writing and which incarnation, regular Thor I'll give it to you would be defeated by WWH but he would put up a good fight however Odinforce Thor chances are would defeat WWH. We WERE suppose to get an epic battle in a what if comic but ofcourse we got conned out of that. ):< I wouldn't say all his heralds got defeated as I don't think Hulk took on tyrant who's said to be as strong as Galactus or the fallen one, the first Galactus herald. And I'm pretty sure that was merged hulk, not prof. hulk who took on Maestro. Even with that said, Maestro still managed to take out every other hero include surfer and even Thanos who had a cosmic cube and the IG. And I wouldn't say prof hulk is the weakest as that title belongs to Joe Fixit, my fav incarnation of the hulk.

But you got to admit, World Breaker Hulk is powerful beyond comprehension, for just a meer light footstep caused the very tectonic plates of the Earth to rip apart. I believe Hulk's Green Scar/World Breaker form is the most powerful version ever... considering that Pak even stated that he's so powerful to the point that the big hitters like Galactus and the other cosmic beings aren't out of his league.
His son Skaar too is a heavy hitter like his old man. I only read certain Marvel stuff, and I avoid Jeph Loeb's run on the Hulk, for he tried to ruin my favorite big green brute.
