Is the ability to have multiple powers really necessary? While it may make her "interesting" to the OAD, don't you think there are different ways to do the same thing? The problem with having multiple powers is that it lessens any suspense you create in the plot by giving your character many more options than someone with one power would have; also, it tends to make your character less memorable. Like in art, you want to have focal points, as it can help establish an image an audience thinks of.
The same thing goes with backstories, as well. I looked through the most likely places you would have gotten feedback and read through it. I know you've heard this before, but you can really cut down parts of the backstory. Having one, maybe two, major, tragic event is really enough. In fact, if you do end up changing the backstory, and write it well, I can almost guarantee it'll be more memorable for your readers. A single dot of red on a white sheet of paper has more power than dots of red on a red sheet of paper.
Elisabeth may not fit well into the OP universe, but I do see the potential for you to at least do something interesting with her story. However, it would take a lot of work. Also, you've already gathered an audience, and there is always the chance they wouldn't appreciate it as much, or even equal to how they do now.
Also, bringing up my previous comment, which you ignored, you ought to get better betas. From my perspective, the people who beta-read this bio aren't paying attention, too afraid to give critique (or you ignored them), simply aren't very good at noticing grammar and logic errors, and/or may have used being a "beta" to get a sneak-peak on the bio. Good betas are hard to come by. Unless you know a friend who is critical, and observant of spelling and logic errors, it's almost never a good idea to ask them for help.

The fact that she can use multiple powers is not why the O.A.D is interested in her, the fact that she is a decatura makes her interesting.
But hey I see your points and understand them but it's still my decision what kind of powers I give her.
And she don't really have more options with her multiple powers.
Because she is a decatura she will never be able to develop her powers like Luffy with his gears she will always be on the same level, the only thing she can develope are technniques to combine the powers .
Elisabeth will never be finished. I'm working on her since years like I will work on her for the next few years, it can be that I will completely change everything again like last time, just some parts or whatever but I don't think I will ever come to an end with her.
So yeah I'm still working on her backstory and want to change some parts to make it not too tragic but on the other side there are already so many OP Characters which have a extreme horrible past like Robin, Senor Pink, Nami especially Law and Brook or now Sanji too or even Doffy, ...
I mean Brook had to see his whole crew dying, died, his soul was wondering around for 50 years, woke up completely alone surrounded by the skeleton of his friends and had to live there for years, his shadow got stolen and so on or Law which parents got killed, sister got a disease and killed, everyone else in his town got killed, had to hide in a pile of corpses, had a disease, saw Corazon die, . . .
So compared to their story, Eli's story is normal/possible in the OP universum.

It is ultimately your decision, but let me explain what I mean by options. While she may not be able to develop her powers, the fact is that more powers gives her versatility(adaptability) in combat, and in general. Versatility is very useful, and it's why soldiers carry many different weapons. If soldiers happen to get stranded somewhere, a soldier who has more tools at their disposal, regardless with how well they may be able to use them, will fare better than one who has one tool, even if they happen to be a master at that particular tool. Does this make sense, or would you like another example?
I feel you with having a character never finished. I like to develop my settings and characters as much as I can. It's good that you are willing to change, as refusing to do so can get you into all sorts of problems.
There are many tragic pasts in One Piece. However, you have to keep in mind what may feel superfluous to your audience. When a story is paired with a visual element, such as anime and manga, it's easier to keep the pacing going because you don't have to describe things as much. The art does that. It's a hard line to walk, as there are many grey-areas, and it's one of the harder parts of character development.
My comment was on the first part of your character's story. It was a while ago. As much as I wish I could help you, I'm not sure if you and I are the best match. I prefer to work with people at a similar skill level, as I have a tendency to take over a project, and any writing I do will stick out because of the skill gap. My health is less than optimal, so I likely wouldn't be reliable. I do enjoy discussing and debating, so I'd be willing to give feedback on characters and plot, and I can try to help you find better betas, but I can't be one myself. Does that sound alright?

I got your point and understand that.
It is true that her powers give her versatility/adaptabillity that's why I only let her use the 3 I named in the profile and the "timelimit" that I made for her. Furthermore she almost just fights with the O.A.D and uses there her powers, in "normal" fights against other pirates, etc. she is mostly not able to use her powers anymore because she used them to much in the O.A.D fights resp. she doesn't use them on purpose to save them for the O.A.D fights. Also she doesn't fight often and when she does then mainly with the O.A.D.
But OP itself has characters with versatility and diverse "powers". For example Law: able to use haki, can fight with a sword and has devil fruit powers, Zoro: can fight with 3 swords, is able to use Haki, Luffy: able to use all kinds of Haki, his devilfruit powers + his gears, and so on if you unerstand what I mean with that but anyway like I said I'm still developing her.
Me too a finished character would be kind of boring to me to be honest.
Yes I think that's important to be willing to change, no character can be 100% perfect.

Just keep in mind that the fact that the ability exists still reduces any suspense the reader may feel. In fact, this problem exists in One Piece. For example, some people I've talked to think that the addition of Conqueror's Haki has lessened the effect of some of the more recent intense situations. Personally, I've lost a lot of attachment to Luffy now that he has so many powers, because I'm simply not worried about him. The same goes for Law, though he's likely to get killed off once he isn't plot-relevant. Think more about the bigger picture(how your audience may feel/react) than how she compares to the One Piece characters. She is different, being that she is a decatura, instead of one of the canon races. Think of it as comparing apples and oranges.
Characters never really are finished, if you think about it. Even if the story they're in ends, they do still develop in the creator's mind.
Perfection is impossible, but I suppose what's important is satisfaction, which can be almost equally as hard to achieve, unfortunately.
While it would be more work, have you considered making her fanfiction into a comic? Even if there are pictures, unless they're embedded into the text of the story, they don't have much effect. The reader likely won't be looking at the pictures and text at the same time, unless pictures are in the story. Currently, your fanfiction of Elisabeth, and pictures of her feel more separate to me. It may be in your interest to find a way to embed your pictures into the fanfiction, if you want the pictures to have more of an effect.

Have you tried searching for betas on fanfiction.net? If not, it may be easier to find a skilled beta there, because the site has more of a focus on writing than art.

I will and really? I got spoiled about the dressrosa arc but even that I knew that Luffy will defeat Doffy I was still worried about him as he used to much Conqueror's Haki. But well I guess everyone has it's own opinion about it.
Yes, I have. I'm already working on 2 Comics but one Comic is mainly about another OC of mine where she takes part in.
I'm still unsure if I should delete all the fanfics, I like it way more to write small Storys under the pics, like I mostly do, instead of making big fanfics.

I think it's rather interesting how people can react completely differently to the same story. It can say a lot about someone.

Keeping them, and deleting them both have their own set of perks. Focusing on smaller stories would allow for you to work on improving grammar, and spelling easier, as there would be less to correct. At the same time, the audience you attract may care more about her looks, rather than her story. My advice is: if you like to write smaller stories, then you should write smaller stories. There's no need to force yourself into doing something, if you don't need to, or if it doesn't make you happy. Whether you decide to delete the fanfictions, or not, consider saving them, and making them private. You put work into them, and you might want to look back on it later.
Also, you may want to try interacting with the more fanfiction-y side of the fandom. You may run into someone that way, also.

Okay, so this is going to be a looong response XD to a very interesting and captivating biography!
First off, I really need to say that I like her a lot and feel very much sympathy for her! You did a great job in writing her bio down, wrote it in an interesting and well-structured way and told as everything important, many interesting and/or fun facts and more! Just seen as a bio, this is amazing and so neatly done!

Wie ich schon sagte, ist sie mir wirklich total sympathisch - und das liegt hauptsächlich daran, wie komplex und realistisch sie einfach als intelligent denkendes Lebewesen aufgebaut ist. Ihr Kontrast zwischen der grausamen, traumatischen Vergangenheit und ihrem alltäglichen Verhalten ist krass, und doch gut verbunden und aufgebaut, es verleiht dem Charakter eine wunderbare Tiefe. Ich finde es beeindruckend, wie sie es schafft trotz all den schrecklichen Ereignissen in ihrem Leben weiterzumachen, und wie du liebevoll auf jedes Detail Acht genommen hast, wie es Einfluss auf ihren Alltag nimmst.
Außerdem ist sie zwar etwas Besonderes, und doch nicht overpowert und unschlagbar - ihre besondere Spezies gleicht sich durch die negativen Erfahrungen aus, ihre Stärke im Kampf durch die Zeitlimit-Nachteile. Diese Balance zu finden beim Erschaffen von außergewöhnlichen oder mächtigen Charakteren ist nicht einfach, und du hast das wunderbar hingekriegt. Sie fühlt sich durch ihre Schwächen menschlich an, und man kann alles wunderbar verstehen und nachvollziehen!
Sie wirkt wirklich natürlich und menschlich.
Und noch etwas anderes kann ich nicht ungesagt lassen - ich identifiziere mich sogar teilweise charakterlich mit ihr, und das ist sehr faszinierend für mich. Außerdem habe ich Ähnlichkeiten zu einem meiner OCs gefunden XD, aber das ist eigentlich nur ein Fun-Fact und total egal
Und überhaupt, habe ich schon erwähnt, dass ich es richtig cool finde, wie gut du den Zeichenstil der One Piece Ladies hingekriegt hast! Das ist eindrucksvoll!!! Und diese Haare...ich liebe lange Haare, und Locken, und ach, diese Haare sind einfach bildschön *~*.
Noch etwas sehr Interessantes an ihr - ihr Aussehen ist nicht ausgefallen, aber durch ihre Story und ihr Leben muss sie das auch nicht sein, um ein außergewöhnliches Individuum zu sein! Auch das ist schwierig zu erreichen
Zuletzt etwas zu den Fähigkeiten - deine Idee mit den Decaturas ist absolute genial. Es ist zwar nicht im One Piece - Rahmen, aber durch deine Einschränkunden überschreitet er diesen auch nicht, und das ist das Geilste, was man schaffen kann. Deine Balance ist auch dort 1A!
Herrje, jetzt habe ich dich ja nur gelobt...naja, ich muss aber auch offen sagen, dass sie und ihre Lebensstory einfach mein Herz erobert haben und mich fasziniert und voller Zuneigung zurückgelassen haben. Meiner Meinung nach hast du wunderbare Arbeit geleistet, und einen Charakter geschaffen, der einfach nur perfekt in One Piece reinpassen würde, Respekt!!

Es ist so motivierend all diese netten Worte von dir zu hören, sowas bedeutet mir wirklich sehr sehr viel und bestätigt das das was ich hier mache auch einen Sinn hat und ich Leute damit unterhalten kann
Ich bin so froh das du denkst das ich den Kontrast zwischen ihr so gut hinbekommen hab und das sie durch die eigene Spezies nicht gleich overpowerd ist, es ist einfach so toll das zu hören
Sie war mein erster Charakter den ich jemals designd und kreiert habe (ich arbeite schon seit 2-3 Jahren an ihr^^) vielleicht ist deshalb ich Aussehen nicht total auffallen aber das wollte ich auch nie. Ich wollte einfach das sie dieses blonde blauäugige Mädchen ist und nichts weiter, generell halte ich meine Designs eher schlicht da ich meine OC's durch die Storys interessant machen will und nicht nur durch das Aussehen ^^
Aber egal, es einfach nur großartig zu hören das sie dich fasziniert und dich ihre Hintergrundgeschichte und alles andere gepackt hat, dankeschön, danke dafür!

Ich weiß auf der einen Seite ja, wie unglaublich wichtig und wertvoll Kommentare sind, und wie empfindlich man bei OCs sein kann, aber trotzdem wollte ich ehrlich sein...und das war ich, glaub mir 
Also, für mich war es auf jeden Fall unglaublich interessant und faszinierend!!!! Noch nie habe ich bei quasi Fremden einen so ausgearbeiteten und besondern OC gefunden, ich bin fasziniert und begeistert!
Und ja, es ist wirklich beeindruckend, wie du es schaffst, die Balance zu halten, zumal ich ganz genau weiß, wie viel Arbeit das sein kann, und selbst dazu tendire, meine Charakter manchmal zu overpowern >-<.
Ohhh, der erste!!! Die sind natürlich immer die, die einem absolute am Nächsten stehen und am Wertvollsten sind...mein ältester OC ist quasi mein ganzes Leben mit mir aufgewachsen
Ich bewundere das total, wenn es Leute schaffen, OCs das besondere durch die Bio zu geben, und nicht (oder nicht nur) durch das Aussehen! Ich selbst bin ein Typ Mensch, der versessen auf kleine Details, bunte Farben und Muster und Verrücktheiten ist, und dementsprechend sehen auch viele meine OCs aus - ich mag es einfach, und habe dabei super viel Spaß beim Zeichnen - aber trotzdem, oder gerade deswegen finde ich schlichte Zeichnungen meist auch faszinierend und schön 
Nein wirklich, ich liebe sie - es fühlt sich beinahe anmaßend an, dass ich einfach nur ihre Bio gelesen habe, und plötzlich einfach das Gefühl habe, sie so gut zu kennen, sie so sehr verstehe, und sie so unglaublich liebgewonnen habe.
Danke! Meine Sache ist halt, das neben allem, was ich tun muss, viel zu wenig Zeit für Kreativität bleibt...aber, das ist ja ein weit verbreitetes Problem xD. Klar! Aber das gute dabei ist, dass man die Farbübergänge nicht großartig bearbeiten muss, da sie von selbst übergehen durch die Minimalität der Farbnutzung
