A little character portrait. Experimented with textures, among other things.And yes, there is a reason for the two people down there. If I were to elaborate further though, I would have to prattle, and you wouldn't want me to do that. ;]

I love his braids! 
The atmosphere feels very romantically gloomy, with the dark red, the roses and the blood.

I love his outfit; the cross hanging down is a nice touch and hilights the tails really well. The detail in the braids is precise and very well drawn. The background's texture just ads to the overall gradient of the piece. It looks like he's got wings made out of roses. I love this so much. Added to favourites, and I'll definitely be buying the print ASAP.
