Thats Toto Sakigami aka Mockingbird (every Deadman has a nickname when they fight each other -> Crow, Mockingbird, Hummingbird, Woodpecker etc.).

The series is pretty awesome, I highly recommend it!

Haha - well I only found 1 official colored pic and there he has yellow / golden eyes so I took the colors there as refference
I always imagined You with blond hair but in reality it's silver :/
