Paint tools sai, I use a lineart that can go from thick to thin with little pressure, so it looks pretty (see the chest area especially) ! Combining thick and very thin lines looks very pretty too ! it's a bit like what you do when you colour some of the lineart to be lighter coloured on your reference sheets
