Here's a NetNavi counterpart I made of Jupiter from "Mega Man V" for the Game Boy!

Regarding this guy, I wanted to give this guy "wings" made entirely out of electricity, not to mention I also wanted to give him sharp fingers and toes. Not only can he zip around the place at lightning-fast speed, but in battle, he can unleash powerful blasts of electricity from his hands and even swoop down to perform an electrically-charged diving kick.
