Current work in progress...about 4 hours worth using Painter. First time using Painter btw, so i think im doing pretty well so far...i'll go into more detail once i finish it

Don't take this the wrong way, but this reminds me of an old (but classic) cyberpunk anime called "AD POLICE FILES" (the original series, not the reboot).
Think of it as being an anime version Ridley Scott's classic "Bade Runner" movie.
