For anyone that knows of, or better yet, has played; something i had to do in order to appreciate my favorite game currently, Dead Space 2Surprisingly enough...done over the course of the weekend, 5-6 hours total i'd say...Ink drawing, scanned, and painted with photoshop

Pretty much yes. xD I had many moments in the game (have only played first, will do second soon!) introspectively staring at walls pondering the meaning of the bloody scrawls, scribbles, and dead cultists whilst critters were amassing behind me. It's the little things in that game that makes it what it is, interns in the dumpster (er, I mean spooky critters in the walls) and bloody poetry here and there. Your art is a great homage to that, and stylistically speaking, love the detailed suit and silhouetted mobs.

Thanks man. I think the most i impressed myself with was the lighting of his helmet and the blood writing. Actually found a translation for the symbols in the game. Signed my name, but i'm hoping to see someone translate the blood writing soon

I figured as much. If it's 1/1 ratio for character to letter I've got an inkling as to what it says. But man, gotta say, those textures are a cut above your usual stuff.

My current obsession as well. The perspective of his projector is really nice. Would be sweet if you could do one of Isaac blasting from the hip with the force gun in the elite vintage suit.

Not sure about the vintage, reminds me of a really old astronaut outfit...i like to call it Isaac's cosmonaut rig. But coincidentally enough, I'm doing another that does involve the force gun
