A young Deep Sea Hellian from the Northern Hellian Kingdom. Bibi was born to an exiled family that hid very deep in the hellish oceans. Living another day was the only goal that mattered growing up, so Bibi never knew much about the "civilized" world beyond the shadows. One day, Bibi's parents never returned and Bibi was starving, so she went out to forage around for prey, but was entangled in a fishing net where she was brought up to a fishing boat. For the first time, Bibi saw the world beyond the deep ocean's shadows. She didn't know where she was going or what was in store for her but all that mattered is that she needed to live and tell her parents about her adventures on the surface. She was appraised by the fish market and was sold off to another fish market as a mascot. Durandal, the Overlord's son of the Southern Hellia Kingdom was on a trip training to become a strong warrior like his father. He renewed that his purpose would be to protect the "Overlord's Harem" to preserve the rare female Hellians that serve the Overlord. Bibi meets Durandal through a chance instance where she accidentally trips and falls on top of him. Upsetting her owner, Bibi was about to get lashed by her owner until Durandal stepped in. Realizing that Bibi is a Deep Sea Aquamaiden, a Hellian who fits the bill for the "Overlord's Harem", Durandal overpowers Bibi's owner and starts a massive fight at the harbor. Though Bibi hardly ever speaks, she came to trust Durandal and voluntarily chooses to join the "Overlord's Harem". She wonders if her parents are still out there, but Bibi is content with her life amongst the Overlord's Harem.

Bibi is the fourth addition to the "Overlord's Harem" in the Southern Hellia Kingdom. Bibi is soft spoken, often not heard amongst others which is partly why she prefers to not talk at all. Considered to be awkward to socialize with, she often makes gestures or facial expressions that communicate her feelings. The natural light from her feelers can also communicate with others through her mind when she touches someone with them, also she's got natural night vision similarly to Naru. Bibi seems to be interested in stalking Aina, a fellow Aquamaiden who was once a peddler from another ocean. Bibi is one of the main entertainers of the "Overlord's Harem", when she gains confidence, she's often Naru's co-star in many parties. Bibi seems to support Naru's plan to betray Baalkiren because she wants to explore the vast Materan oceans with Aina and maybe even see if she can put her life-long curiosity to a close. The rapier Bibi uses is a recrafted fish bone skewer put together by Sabrina Babylon.
