Description
A Dinosaur-Hellian type from the central plains of Eastern Hellia. Kyu's kind was thought to be extinct, being wiped out by meteors long ago that ravaged Hellia's prehistoric times. However, it appears that Kyu had always kept her bloodline hidden and blended in with the Dragonmaidens. In the desolate village along the coast, Kyu obtained a Magi beam katana she bought from Aina and her older sister. Kyu worked in service to the warlord of the village until a rival warlord attacked the village and destroyed it. Kyu was taken as a prisoner and worked harsh slave labor under her conqueror for a couple of years. One day, the labor camp was attacked by Southern Hellian soldiers and amidst the chaos, Kyu took this opportunity to escape and fled to the Southern Hellian Kingdom. Life was peaceful for long enough for Kyu to wonder if she'd see Aina again, the Aquamaiden who sold her this Magi Beam Katana she's used for years now. With no home or food, Kyu desperately looked around for a job. By fate perhaps, Kyu runs into Balta and Flora who are running errands for their master, Baalkiren. Balta was gathering supplies for the garden and taking Flora out for a walk. A group of high nobles approach them to try and kidnap them, but Kyu and Balta fight them off. However, one of the assailants takes Flora and runs off, with more noble soldiers entering the fray, Balta and Kyu are unable to follow after Flora. Soon after Kyu and Balta defeat all of the soldiers Kyu decides to help find Flora for Balta, as Balta returns to the Overlord's Castle to asks for help. Kyu's heightened senses and Magi tracing ability allowed her to follow Flora's kidnappers and eventually Kyu enters the noble's castle who is attempting to blackmail the Overlord. Kyu enters the main court cutting down any who stood in her path as she continues to search the castle. Eventually, Kyu hears Flora's voice through the ground in some nearby soil in the garden, apparently Flora can dig through the ground meets with Kyu. Now attempting to escape the noble's castle, Kyu gets surrounded by more soldiers. Kyu's fatigue is catching up to her and she soon starts taking blows putting in a badly injured state just before a powerful Hellian serving as the noble's trump card appears. Kyu continues to fight but is gravely injured while hardly landing any attacks on her opponent. At this point Kyu thought she would die, but Flora bites the Hellian before being sent flying from powerful blow to the head, just in time to see Balta emerge with Laisha. Balta is enraged by seeing Flora being hurt and mercilessly fights the Hellian while Laisha rescues Kyu. Eventually Balta kills the powerful Hellian and Laisha executes the noble responsible and they all head back to the Overlord's Castle together. Kyu offers her services as a soldier in the Overlord's army, but instead Baalkiren after noticing that Kyu is almost extinct Hellian, gives her a spot in the Overlord's Harem, part of the family. Kyu happily accepts Baalkiren's offer and begins to build relationships with the other girls.

Kyu is the ninth addition to the Overlord's Harem. She possess excellent combat skills and has a huge appetite like Kanu. As she was once a soldier in a Warlord's army, she's often seen training with her Magi Beam Katana in the courtyard and when Kyu isn't training, she's at the nursery with Naru. Taking care of the children and babies of the friendly nobles who visit the castle. Kyu's generally social and likes to ask Illya about the Materan World beyond. Kyu sees Durandal as a rival, but shows loyalty to Baalkiren which is why Kyu is against Naru's plot to betray Baalkiren. Presently, Kyu doesn't know that Aina joined the Overlord's Harem very recently and she's currently working as an escort for the House of Darkness.
