Yeah, Sonic turned out well, but I didn't.....(Yes, that's supposed to be me....only I'm not that dark XD I used the wrong brown)I'm starting to draw legit humans now. At least trying

If you would like some pin-pointers, I can definitely help. 
First, your head is quite tall. I would make it rounder if I were you. Also, the finger holding your sketchpad looks like your ring finger or your pinkie. Use the one nearest your thumb. also your jawline does not connect to your shoulder.
