Description
The Desert Spirit whose wings make a sound like women singing and the sea serpent whose beauty brings calm to violent hearts. Two of Hoenn's most beautiful dragons that would never naturally meet as Flygon's home is the barren sand dunes and Milotic's is at the bottom of freshwater lakes.Flygon and Milotic.
Drawn and shaded in pencil, colored and background added in Photoshop.
