Well, of course Chiaki cannot catch Zenki "neatly" by herself, but with the help of Akira, I don't think it would be any difficult at all. Our Red Lord is born very simple, save for his looks.

lol I think so. But don't worry, since the cute little Blue Lord doesn't seem to be much interested in joining the daily squabbles between his beautiful master and his Red comrade, unless things go out of control.
On a side note, Zenki-sama is much much simpler than you (as well as many other fans) think he is, that's why he was ranked 3rd place in the Guardian Warrior Force in ancient days. The top belonged to Vasara who was the commander, next was Goki - the mastermind and the second-in-command of the group.

Actually, Vasara is the most powerful and merciless in the Guardian Warrior Force (and he loves eating Possession Beasts 
And... as much as he hates to admit it, Zenki-sama doesn't seem to have respect toward anyone else but Master Ozunu and his faithful Blue comrade. You'll see why in later posts concerning Japanese ancient legend, in which the close tie between Ozunu-sama and Goki will be revealed.

Yeah sure, NO ONE can deny the fact that Zenki is so strong in spirit that he could disregard of anything/anyone just to achieve his victory, but his being overconfident and self-centered sometimes get him in SERIOUS troubles, in which the lives of not only his but also other people are put in peril. The Manga has proved that fact clearly.
Which part are you talking about, my friend? B/c if you ask me, Zenki-sama respects (and is a little scared of) ONLY Ozunu-sama for his exceptional magical talent; however, b/c Ozunu has passed his power down to Chiaki through the Bracelet of Protection, Zenki cannot harm her unless he wants to keep his chibi form for the rest of his life, which is a great insult to the Red Lord; as a result, he is forced to protect the girl whom he considers as "stupid / shitty / violent".

Much of what you mentioned are CORRECT. Zenki is anti-social, rebellious and his egoism cannot help evolve a group at all. See? He often snarls at Chiaki, his Master, for butting in his fight even though he may not do well without her help. We shall not talk about power here but from what I've observed in the Manga, Vasara considers both Zenki and Goki as very STRONG and PERSISTENT warriors; Zenki is bonus for his daring nature while Goki his absolute brilliant mind. That's why Vasara tried to take the two warriors' dominant feature to his advantage while conducting a plan against mankind in vol 8 and 9. He was greatly disappointed though, for both Zenki and Goki promptly turned him down. You already know why, don't you? Well, you will understand it even much better when we reach that part on my DA.
It's NOT like each one of them only make 50 percent of Vasara at all, 
As a result....... Vasara makes the BEST leader in the group not only for his power but also his ability to turn every situation into their favor. However, because he ended up being a dangerous traitor whose ideals no longer suit the purpose of serving the humanity, Ozunu-sama was forced to seal him away with the help of other guardians. On the contrary, Zenki was sealed away just b/c of his rebelliousness and unbearable behavior when he had NO SEED to eat as Peace settled in.
