Well, I wouldn't mind a sleeping Chibi Zenki suddenly appearing in my bed.
I agree with MMHinman that he looks cute sleeping like that.
But Chiaki feels different about that because of the "things" that happened between those two.

Well, the part where he plunders the fridge or even runs off in a dress is because Chiaki would let him starve intead of giving him something to eat.
So that one isn't Zenki's fault. (well at least not in my opinion)
Aww... I have many lazy co-workers who don't act up to their age, but hardly ever bothers me.
The only exception is when they get so lazy that they try to get me to do their work, but I never agree to do their work, no matter how much they beg.
Well, if Zenki would sleep at the roof the whole day and came to eat when he was hungry, it wouldn't bother me.
Maybe I'm just too laid back concerning these things?
What happened to Saki in the manga?

It's alright to be lazy sometimes. Yet, the main problem is that Chiaki has to do almost EVERYTHING, including cleaning up Zenki's messes and working harder to 'fill' the bottomless pit of his stomach when no Evil Seeds available. 
What happened to Saki in the manga?

I didn't get that part.
Grandma Saki left on her life journey when Chiaki was still little, my friend, so she obviously wasn't there when Zenki reawakened and all the troubles occurred.

Of course, you're paid to take on the responsibility no matter how hard it is. Chiaki is not. Moreover, she led a fairly peaceful life until she met her Red Guardian and sh*t started to go down on her. She didn't ask for all the stuff Fate has thrown at her.

Heh, I just thought that Chiaki getting Zenki as her Guardian Spirit is kinda like a child getting their first pet.
First the child is all cheerful and happy, like Chiaki when she thought about how she could make Zenki do the work for her.
Then they see all the responsibilities that come with their new pet (cleaning up your pet's mess, feeding it and so on) and suddenly don't want it anymore, like Chiaki when Zenki showed how much he "respects" her.
Of cause the child often wants a pet and asks its parents for it, while Chiaki asked for someone to protect her from that two headed monster.
Zenki came and protected Chiaki and her friends, but it quickly got clear that he just wanted to fight the monster to eat its Karuma Seed.
From what you said earlier, I guess that Zenki didn't understand that Ozunu sealed him away to protect him and others from harm.
Instead Zenki probably thought that Ozunu punished him for something he didn't do, thus it is understandable why Zenki is so mad at Chiaki, kinda seeing her as a representative of Ozunu, even though it's not Chiaki's fault.

That's correct. Zenki only owed Ozunu his life, so when he's made to work for one of his descendants - Chiaki, he got furious.
Ozunu-sama had taken special attention to Zenki's power and devised a plan for him to be somehow useful to mankind instead of letting the Red Lord hurt them or cause troubles while the Bodhisattva was no longer there. That was why he sealed Zenki away, in order to protect him, too, in a way.

I read the manga in a blog in Spanish. Is that yours? They had the raw chinese manga but needed someone else to translate it. Chinese is not as popular among the otaku to translate, right? In a way I was surprised by the amount of BOOBS EVERYWHERE, but then I shrugged and thought "Zenki, duh". I think it was the first series I watched with so much fanservice.
I was playing with the idea of writing a fanfic 2 years after the end of the Anime. Just to confirm... as far as I remember Chiaki was 16 by then and 17 during the OVA, right?
It's a shame the story never got additional development. I really loved every second of it.
