Btw, it's the Blue Demon once he acquires his 4th element - "Fire". Sadly, the manga has never reached that point. In his final form with the element of "Wind", Goki is purely EPIC!!
I must say that these arts are not mine. They're on the cover of the 2nd edition of KDZ Manga released in 2005, and YES, they were illustrated by the same manga artist - Mr.Yoshihiro Kuroiwa, only in a different style.

Eh, true, Goki's epic in his own style.
He's proof you don't have to look like a tank,
to be just as strong. Besides, the guy's got brains,
and awesome reflexes.
Let's admit it, Goki has potentially just as much firepower as Zenki,
except he controls it better. XD
Still, Zenki is my #1 fav. Red Demon FTW. >:]
I see...Mr. Kuroiwa has changed his style
a lot, then. It's much more soft, in my opinion.

Umn..... Mr.Yoshihiro Kuroiwa ONLY changed his style as he drew these for the second release, probably to show us cuter (softer) images of our trio. But YEAH I agree with you, I LOVE the *spiky* style more.
Goki is my idol as much as Zenki is yours!! In truth, I've been his all-time fangirl ever since I first read KDZ Manga, says.....nearly 10 years ago. It's a pity that Mr.Yoshihiro Kuroiwa and Mr.Kikuhide Tani didn't continue the Manga so that we could see how Goki reaches his FINAL stage. Well, it's a little complicated because unlike Zenki, Goki lost his five-element power due to the *affair* he had with his human lady in the past 
Btw, I'm glad to meet another KDZ fan who admits Goki's cool, b/c those only watched the Anime didn't give him the credits he deserves, you know.

Oh sure, GOOD manga deserves to be completed. Not to mention KDZ Manga (not Anime) illustration was among the BEST at that time, even much better then that of Inuyasha or Yu Yu Hakusho if you ask me. Too bad..... the Anime was not given proper attention, thus the arts were not really worth it, good thing they're animated, or else...
Well, you'll understand this point of mine more once your finish both its Manga and Anime, not now.

Just as the title said "legendary" indeed. And to be honest like how your more of the blue demon lord to have your heart, I am more of the red demon lord for godly badassness and ULTIMATE POWER!!!!!!!!!! But props to Goki too because without his way of being a bishouen badass protection, the young priestess a.k.a Chiaki wouldn't change Zenki into ultimate guardian spirit. So clarify Chiaki + Goki + Zenki = AWESOME!!

Glad you like it! I have met/talked to many fans of the Red Demon Lord outside Japan/China and perhaps you're among those I consider fair and square. Why? Most KDZ fans doesn't give Goki the true credit he deserves, mainly b/c they haven't got a chance to read the whole manga like we did.
Yes you're right, he's indeed a bishounen badass protector, without him Zenki couldn't fight to his best and Chiaki's gang and the people should have been dead now. But he can do much more beside helping upgrade Zenki to the Ultimate Guardian Demon Lord. You've already got my point by reading the manga.

I don't draw on computer, I usually do it on A4 plain paper-then scan-and edit my art by photoshop and post it here. For instance, you can have a look at my "Akira-n-Chiaki" pic that illustrate the two 6 years later. Could you believe it was done on plain paper?

In those pics, Akira and Chiaki's outfit 5-10 years later were designed by me, I just dun have a clue if they would ever wear sth like those in the future.
Errr.....
Since Chiaki's hair is purple, I guess white, light pink, light purple, sometimes sky-blue will work BEST for her. As about Akira, I believe you already knew well what colors may associate with him and his blue hair, indigo eyes and dark-blue eyebrows/eyelashes, those colors maybe light blue, neon blue, emerald, sometimes yellow may serve as the outlines (like Goki's armor)
But I have nothing to complain really, you can try to color them in any way you like. I'm thrilled to be waiting for your work. Take your time, dear friend!
