So many details, so less reference pictures ... but out of my first sketches he turned out very well in my style.

So viele Details, so wenig Referenzen ... aber aus meinen ersten Skizzen sieht er sehr gut in meinem Stil aus.

I love this! You captured Locke's personality quite nicely here. His eyes and expression are great! 
All of the characters from Final Fantasy 6 seem to have a lot of inconsistency in their designs in various official artwork, so that's definitely understandable that getting all of his details right is difficult. Seems kind of impossible, so I guess we fanartists just have to use our imagination a little. XD But I think it turned out very well! Just the perfect amount of details so it's fun to look at.

I had fun drawing him despite of all of his details. Oh yes, since Theatrythm I saw that Locke have some blue onto his boots x'D
Indeed, but not in Final Fantasy 6. In almost every FF-game they have characters with the love of detail. It's really a challenge not to forget a detail but that's the fun of it I think
