Assignment from class to redo a cover from any novel. I have to admit, I was torn between doing George R. R. Martin's Game of Thrones and Peter Hamilton's Temporal Void. Both are amazing books. I guess that fantasy won this time. Still, I would have loved to do something spacey. Maybe another time.
I've always felt that Jon Snow was an important character from the novel, and while I appreaciate the actual cover, I feel that Jon was portrayed as being too old. He's only 14 at the beginning. I also wanted to show more of Ghost. The wolves are just as important as the people in these books. Of course, there's the whole thing about the Stark's symbol being the Dire wolf too.
