First impressions will always provide a ripe opportunity for sabotage, deceit, and trickery.These two understood that notion more than their own blood; their own skin.
Their intentions, initially, may be sweet, even childish; but something darker always lurks under facades held by malicious people.
The Red Mist has twisted them; corrupted them and so many others.
They're always searching for others to fill the void for them; unable to muster the means to accomplish that themselves.
And in a world where they're mentally alone, surrounded by drones that are more lifeless than even they are...
It's no surprise they're driven deeper into madness; deeper into hearsay and darkness.
They'll always be alone; nobody will ever be enough.
