i never tried to color seriously in digital media, i mean, i always use traditional media first, and retouched it in photoshop. but seeing darkchildx2k's art i couldn't resist to paint it!!!i just ... WOW!
all credits go to mr darkchildx2k for providing beautiful lineart. believe me! it's not the color! it's the lineart that make this picture gorgeous!

Very nice job coloring ;D especially with the shading/highlights. I think the colors fit the characters well. Though I have a query haha Misa's right eye is green and her left eye is brownish, was this like for artistic effect?

ah really? I never put too much attention to her eyes in the anime..
but I did her eye color like that is only about highlighting. I want to "open" her right eye more than her left.

Haha maybe I'm the only one who noticed then? Well I think her eyes were originally like blue and then they turned brown/green or the other way around but they definitely changed color.
Ah well that makes sense heh I think it worked.
