This photo was taken in my basement, with a desklamp and a wall. And Emmy of course! It could have turned out way better, had I had access to things such as better lighting and whatnot. So I'm happy with it for now.

edits- selective noise reduction, a little sharpening in the face, very slight crop, border, watermark.

great colors and composition, I like it
maybe you can get a better result with f/8 for a better depth... if you're using f/3.2 and iso 200 for camera shake... consider using a tripod!
also, try working on the white balance for more saturation or more realistic colors...

all this I already know, but thank you...I don't have access to any good equipment at the moment. I have a tripod, but also a bad one.
Once I start my new school though, I can rent out equipment anytime
And my camera is automatic (with some things you can change) so the white balance is hard to change...there's auto-whitebalance, preset, then other random ones (i.e. cloudy, sunny, incandescent). Auto makes everything orange, preset always makes everything extremely green, no matter where I measure it, so I just have to make sue with what I have
I can do better once I get the right equipment, but thank you so much for actually giving real advice on this! it's what I've been looking for and so far not many have given any.
