Haha this is another thing I wasn't completely expecting. I like it. Eyes are things that look similar upsidedown and right side up-- just enough to confuse a person for a moment. The light and color is breathtaking in this piece as well. I take it the person was actually wearing red mascara?

nope, I was wearing the color you see...it's a pink/purple color.
The colors are natural (as far as I can remember...it's been a while since I submitted this, but it definately looks like the color of my skin, eye, and lashes)..so I'm glad you like them

I love the colour of the lashes and also the fact that its upside down, it adds a nice twist to a subject that sometimes is overdone. The composition is great as is the focusing.

very cool. I didn't realize it was upside-down at first though... kinda weirded me out lol. I'd be curious to see it right-side-up, but if your going abstract, this was a neat way to add effect. I like the colors too... glad you didn't use somebody with bright blue eyes or something.

haha, yeah it is upside down...for me it drew more attention to to eyelashes..and kinda makes you wonder whats going on outside of the photo.
