Description Rain-- INTERMISSION --storm

a big ass storm. which i had to run out of. with my camera. In the hail. on the opposite side of the small lake.

well, some good comes out of things such as these

EDIT
I cropped out the out of focus part of the bottom leaf...I thought it distracting. If any of you see anything else wrong with this, or think that it looks worse now, feel free to comment and critique..thanks!

and I love my new camera. Brokentwig [link] says I just capture a bird and sacrifice it every morning for a camera of such quality.

haha. Check her out, I like her people pictures

The detail on this is awesome. EVERYONE SHOULD FULLVIEW IT! hehe. The focus is great, the detail on the leaf is amazing. I can almost smell the rain in the air, just looking at it. This is an absolutely beautiful shot.

thank you for all your comments and criticism. They really do help..hoopefully I'll get better on my newer stuff

and thanks for the watch.

I'm glad you like this photo in fullview, some people think the file's too big, but if I make it smaller you can't see the drops as well..

it kind of large but the focus is so perfect, I can't help but it. I love the lighting and how the leaves look almost golden, a beautiful shot indeed

I can almost feel the dampness as I look at this. It's very vivid, and I love the title you chose as well. It fits perfectly with this piece, as an intermission from the hussle and bussle of life. A chance to exhale and take nature in. I love the rain. Just one nit pick though. When I clicked for full view, I kind of got taken away. Maybe just resizing a little, so there's no need to scroll. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with this. The image is so clear, it makes me want to reach out and touch the raindrops.

Those drops are really something. Great use of light and focus to bring them out though I am not sure that is on purpose.

This was just a lucky capture, though I was looking for some droplets to catch..the light just came through the trees for a moment before it started storming again...and I tried to focus on the droplets, It makes them look for crystal-like

thanks for the comment

Great job of capturing the dewdrops, they look like fantastic small mirrors, I really like the brozeish tones that you got in this one, superb use of the DOF, contrary as most of the photographers that like blury photographs missing the main subject, well done!

I usually can't stand when things aren't in focus, especially things as simple and beautiful as drops of water...thanks,

Great DOF and the water droplets are truly perfect, if only they were this size in real life all of the time
