I took like five of these...I only like the one where I caught the field thing in the bottom. yup.#

This is my favorite - the yellows, greens and greys work well together to convey a sense of subdued calm, and with the grasses, near water and far, you've got the depth of interest that makes for an effective landscape. I've never been there, but I wouldn't have thought the Mississippi River could look so intimate.

This is gorgeous, I had to fave it. There's so much detail in the fullview, it's really a stunning landscape. It does look great with the field in it, it adds a lot of depth. I would (maaaaybe) like to see it lightened up a little bit, still with all the vibrant colours, but maybe just a tad brighter, all around. This is really beautiful though, it looks like something out of a fairy tale.

I like this because most sunset/rise photos have a lot of orange in them where this one has much more green in it... beautiful!

i love the way the eye travles thru different landscapes in this one, and the way the rays of light unite them. this shot truly feels like summer. everything's so alive!
