Just a little bit of desaturation and cropping. I'm really not sure if I like this...Critiques are most welcomeThe reason I love this is the steely cold, frozen look I get from it. It looks frozen, yet the water's there, liquid as ever.

You're right, it looks frozen. The colors are so cool and soft. Really gives it that feeling of iciness.
The background seems a little harsh to me.
The border is really good; I'd like to see more of those.

I like the look of the border you've given it, it offsets the rest of it very well. And that's neat, it does look frozen. I think that's because of the colour choices, everything's a really cold green, or cold shades of greys. I think it's a really neat effect. I think it'd also be cool if the edge of the apple was a bit sharper, so that it stands out from the background a bit more.

very nice pic, but what does it have to do with the book?...i wa expecting something to do with"through the looking glass" the sequal to alice in woonderland(a very skrewed up book)

haha, it doesn't have really anything to do with that book, it's just named that because when I gave it the border it looked like i weas looking through something, and i dunno. that popped into mind...sorta surreal I guess? heh.
(mainly because I couldn't think of a better title)

There's mormons on bikes going by, we couild have a double sacrifice.... I'll tie them down, you come over with your camera and some candles. Afteward, we'll grab some coffee or something.
