Great macro shot. I love the angle and the subject seems to be very cooperative. The scene seems to be rather warm and i dont know if this is the best lighting for your subject. Generally, with macro shots, details are brought out with a flash (flash units can be expensive though worth it in the long run) and i feel that is all you need for now. DO not get me wrong however, this is already a great shot and can use slight improvements

thank you, very much. Most of those improvements that could be done, I know about 
(to demonstrate my lack of equipment...I have a nikon coolpix, and to get the macro effect, I stick the little lens on this thing inside of a wide angle lens with macro from the 80s or so...and my lighting is a little desk lamp from target
