you can make emotes in paint, dont worry

thats how one base is better but i have to save the pic in where i shade (not paint.net gimp or photoshop!) in photofiltre

paintbrush?? i've never heard of that
as long as you have a basic pencil tool, selection tool, and paintbucket/gradient tool, you can make these
